Registration cost per person includes:

Access to CampEx trade show
All keynote events, education sessions, panel presentations, and networking opportunities.
All meals
Hotel costs, alcoholic beverages and other incidentals are not included in registration and are the responsibility of the attendee.

Link for hotel reservations to come. Parking is available onsite for a cost of $12.00 per day. Prices are subject to change.

Cancellations: Registrations are not refundable after November 1, 2025. Cancellations prior to November 1, 2025 are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.

Campground Tour:

The tour is scheduled for the 16th of November and is available for an additional fee. The fee includes the bus and lunch. Space is limited.

Our Mandate

Camping In Ontario, is a member-based Association, comprised of small businesses located throughout the Province of Ontario. Our Association was started in 1969 by a group of campground owners that wanted to improve their businesses. While the way we do things has changed over the years, our mission remains the same:

"As a vital and active stakeholder in tourism, Camping In Ontario supports member campgrounds in the Province of Ontario by educating campground owners, marketing camping in Ontario to the general public and advocating to government."
