We are excited to provide you with information on our upcoming 2025 Convention. Our theme this year is Stronger Together.

Where: Our host hotel is the Crowne Plaza in Kitchener-Waterloo. We anticipate close to 150 industry representatives from all over the province to attend.

CampEx setup is from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm CampEx open to the attendees on Sunday November 16, 2025.

The trade show is from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025.

Camping In Ontario, is a member-based Association, comprised of small businesses located throughout the Province of Ontario. Our Association was started in 1969 by a group of campground owners that wanted to improve their businesses. While the way we do things has changed over the years, our mission remains the same:
