Three-season
Park on Georgian Bay looking for new
management for the 2027 season with
familiarization beginning in 2026. Park runs 24/7 from May 1st to
October 31st yearly.

spaced trailers situated on the approximately 169-acre property.
Fully serviced trailer sites with water, pump out
and hydro service

90 boat slips, mostly
rented by the patrons

Duties Include:
Ø Preparation of contracts
Ø Manage all tasks for park
opening/closing
Ø Manage day-to-day operations of the
resort
Ø Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of the
resort’s facilities and grounds, ensuring all areas are safe, clean, and
appealing to guests
Ø Managing staff
Ø Monitoring park activities
Ø Monitor
and maintain procedures for safety of guests and associates
Ø Handle
guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring their
satisfaction and loyalty
Ø Managing boat storage and launching
Ø Occasional work using heavy
equipment, eg. Bobcats, Backhoes
Ø Various bookkeeping duties and
record keeping
Ø Develop and maintain relationships with
vendors and suppliers
Applicant Requirements:
o
Minimum
of 5 years of experience in resort management
o
Strong
leadership and interpersonal skills
o Excellent communication and
customer service skills
o
Ability to work flexible hours
including weekends and holidays
o
Proficient in Microsoft Word and
Excel
o
Some physical labour for day-to-day
tasks
This position is
onsite and yearly Residence is supplied, overlooking our bay and small
marina. Present management will be
